Coinbase Axes Six Trading Pairs Amid Regulatory Uncertainty
Coinbase will suspend trading for six spot pairs on August 6, 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain market depth and minimize regulatory friction.
The affected pairs are LSETH-ETH, MINA-EUR, GRT-GBP, MASK-GBP, CHZ-USDT, and CRO-USDT. These tokens had already been placed in limit-only mode, signaling the removal was imminent.
Low-volume delistings are a routine feature of Coinbase's operational playbook, allowing the exchange to periodically cull pairs that fail to attract meaningful activity.
