Coinbase Brings Leverage-Fueled Futures to Canadian Crypto Traders

Coinbase has launched a range of crypto futures contracts in Canada, offering eligible clients up to 10x leverage on popular assets like Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL).

The move expands Coinbase's derivatives offerings in the country and is likely to increase liquidity and trading volumes across Canadian crypto markets.

Coinbase now offers 23 perpetual and dated futures contracts, covering a range of tokens beyond the top three. This expansion follows a broader trend of US firms pushing into Canada's digital-asset market.
