Coinbase has launched tokenized versions of four U.S. technology stocks on its Base blockchain, giving eligible users outside the United States access to these assets on-chain.

The launch includes tokens tracking Nvidia, Apple, Meta, and Alphabet, all backed 1:1 by underlying shares held by Alpaca Securities, a SEC-registered broker-dealer.

Coinbase's Abu Dhabi-based on-chain entity serves as issuer for the assets, which trade 24/7 with Chainlink price feeds operating 24/5 and incorporating dividend and stock-split adjustments.
