Coinbase Brings Stocks and Crypto Together in One UK App

Coinbase has started offering nearly 4,000 US stocks to eligible UK users through its app. The move combines equities and crypto in a single platform.

Trading is available 24 hours a day, five days a week, allowing UK customers to buy fractional shares from £1 with no commission fees.

Coinbase Managing Director Keith Grose said the company aims to become a one-stop destination for stocks, crypto, savings, and related services.

The service is part of Coinbase's 'Everything Exchange' strategy, which seeks to bridge the gap between traditional investments and digital assets.
