Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong argued that cryptocurrencies have significantly improved financial inclusion worldwide. He made this claim in a post on X, citing various examples of how crypto has enabled people to access low-inflation currencies, credit, and even the U.S. stock market.

Armstrong pointed out that stablecoins have brought the dollar online, allowing anyone to send it around the clock at a fraction of a cent. Decentralized finance (DeFi) provides access to credit for all, while tokenized stocks give 4 billion unbrokered people exposure to the U.S. stock market.

The Coinbase CEO also mentioned that Bitcoin serves as a store of wealth that cannot be inflated away. Armstrong emphasized that while there is still more work to be done, it's essential to acknowledge the progress made so far.
