Coinbase CEO Sees Bitcoin Soar to $300K-$400K by 2030
Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong has given his verdict on Bitcoin's long-term price outlook. Speaking in an interview, he predicted that by 2030, Bitcoin will reach $300,000 to $400,000.
Armstrong pointed out that the market may soon be nearing the end of its bear phase and built his bullish model on multiple macroeconomic factors, including accelerating institutional adoption of Bitcoin, an increasingly clear regulatory environment, and Bitcoin's inherent scarcity due to its fixed supply.
The CEO emphasized the importance of improved regulation and institutional adoption in driving up the price of Bitcoin. He specifically mentioned the upcoming vote on the 'Clarity Act' scheduled for September 15, which seeks to establish clear regulatory guidelines for digital assets.
However, Armstrong also warned that investors must acknowledge Bitcoin's inherent high volatility and be aware of the complex risks underlying price valuations.
