Coinbase CTO Credits AI Agent for Best Career Advice

Coinbase's CTO Rob Witoff says he's getting some of the best advice of his career from an AI agent.

The tool, called Coinbase Coach, analyzes internal data and provides feedback to employees on their interactions with others throughout the company.

The coach is currently in beta and can be opted into by employees. It reviews transcripts, Slack messages, and activity across other internal tools to provide weekly feedback.

Coinbase's CEO Brian Armstrong has also used the tool, asking it questions about his own behavior as a leader and using its insights to improve.
