Coinbase CTO Gets 'Best Feedback' from AI Agent

Coinbase's Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Rob Witoff, is getting 'the best feedback' of his career from an AI agent.

The tool, called Coinbase Coach, analyzes internal data and provides employees with private feedback based on their interactions with others throughout the company.

Witoff said he receives regular feedback that he's often 'too in the weeds' and needs to be more direct, prompting him to sharpen his point or articulate a clearer strategy.

The tool is part of Coinbase's effort to rethink what it means to improve efficiency and move toward a culture of proactive coaching.
