Coinbase Delists Badger DAO and Storj Amid Ongoing Review
Coinbase has announced it will suspend trading for two altcoins: Badger DAO (BADGER) and Storj (STORJ). The decision comes after a review of listing standards, which is conducted regularly by the exchange. Trading in BADGER and STORJ will be suspended on September 28, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM Turkish time.
The suspension affects not only Basic trading but also Simple and Advanced Trade services, as well as Coinbase Exchange and Coinbase Prime, the platform for institutional investors. Prior to the delisting, Coinbase switched the order books of both assets to 'limit only' mode, allowing limit orders or cancellations of existing limit orders.
BADGER is the native token of Badger DAO, a decentralized project focused on increasing Bitcoin's use in DeFi. The ecosystem aims to facilitate governance and front-end support through its token. On the other hand, STORJ is involved in building a decentralized cloud storage infrastructure by distributing data across different nodes.
