Coinbase Delists Six Trading Pairs Amid Market Health Concerns
Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the US, has announced it will delist six trading pairs to improve market health and concentrate liquidity. The assets affected include LSETH-ETH, $MINA-EUR, $GRT-GBP, $MASK-GBP, $CHZ-$USDT, and $CRO-$USDT.
The trading pairs will cease on August 6, 2026. However, the exchange assured that the assets in question will continue to be supported, but the specified trading pairs will no longer be available. Coinbase Advanced Trade users in eligible regions will still be able to buy and sell these assets through dollar-denominated order books.
The $MINA-EUR, $GRT-GBP, $MASK-GBP, $CHZ-$USDT, and $CRO-$USDT trading pairs have already been switched to “limit order only” mode on the Coinbase Exchange and Coinbase Advanced platforms. In this mode, users can create limit orders, cancel existing orders, and experience matching at suitable prices. However, market orders cannot be placed for these trading pairs.
