Coinbase Ditches Traditional Earnings Call Format for Live AMA Session on X
Coinbase is shaking up its earnings call tradition by ditching the formal conference line format for something more akin to a Reddit thread. The company's Q2 2026 financial results will be released after market close on July 30, followed immediately by a live Ask Me Anything session on X at 2:00 p.m. PT.
CEO Brian Armstrong and CFO Alesia Haas will field questions in real-time during the AMA-style discussion, which will also be streamed on YouTube for those who prefer their corporate transparency with a different UI.
This format shift is not new to Coinbase; it's been used before after its Q2 2025 earnings release. The approach has proven effective, and the company is sticking with it this time around.
