Coinbase's second-quarter financials have been released, showing a net loss of $359.5 million driven by missing revenue estimates and margin pressures.

The company generated $1.22 billion in net revenue, with 88% now coming from sources other than spot Bitcoin trading.

This diversification is reflected in the significant contribution of stablecoin income, with $292 million earned from average USDC balances reaching $20 billion.

Transaction revenue contributed $599 million and subscription and services revenue accounted for $555 million, making up 48% of net revenue in Q2 2026.
