Coinbase has expanded its Canadian offerings by launching regulated crypto derivatives for eligible traders. This move gives Canadian investors new tools for managing their exposure and taking directional positions.

The previous reliance on offshore platforms is now replaced with a regulated derivatives framework provided by Coinbase.

The new offering features 23 perpetual and dated futures tied to various assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. Traders can also access five commodity futures covering gold, silver, and oil. Additionally, Coinbase offers index futures, including COIN50.
