Coinbase has appointed Anthony Armstrong to its Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2026. He will also serve on the Audit and Compliance Committee.
Armstrong's appointment brings the board size from nine to ten directors, as per the company's announcement.
He will be compensated under Coinbase's Non-Employee Director Compensation Program and entered into a standard indemnification agreement.
