Coinbase Expands Multi-Asset Platform with US Stock Trading in the UK

Coinbase has expanded its services in the UK by allowing eligible users to trade thousands of U.S. stocks through its mobile application.

The rollout, which began on August 6, enables customers to access extended-hours trading for a range of equities and purchase fractional shares starting from £1.

Coinbase Capital Markets provides the brokerage service, with Apex Clearing handling execution and share custody. The company plans to introduce more regulated products in the UK and European Union in the coming months.
