Coinbase Expands UK Derivatives Business for Professional Investors

Coinbase has expanded its UK derivatives business for professional investors, offering over 170 contracts including perpetual futures and crypto options.

The exchange's wider derivatives platform spans more than 170 markets across various products such as crypto, equities, commodities, and others.

Perpetual contracts on Coinbase will support round-the-clock trading with up to 50x leverage, while dated futures offer up to 20x leverage and settle on fixed dates.

Crypto options include calls, puts, and multi-leg strategies for traders who meet Coinbase's eligibility rules.
