Coinbase Rises to No. 3 on XRP Rich List Through Wallet Reclassification

Coinbase has surged to third place on the XRP rich list after its XRP balance increased by an astonishing 4,870.7% through a reclassification of its wallet identification system.

The change occurred when XRP ledger explorer XRPScan updated its wallet identification system, which led to Coinbase's scattered holdings being grouped under its name, significantly increasing its rich list figure.

XRPScan clarified that the change was not due to a large-scale purchase or deposit, but rather an improvement in identification accuracy.
