Coinbase Rolls Out Over 170 Derivatives Contracts for UK Professional Investors
Coinbase has launched over 170 derivatives contracts for professional investors in the UK.
The new offering includes perpetuals, dated futures, and crypto options, with some contracts allowing up to 50x leverage.
Perpetuals will enable 24/7 trading, while dated futures will have fixed settlement dates. Crypto options will allow investors to trade calls and puts through single-leg or multi-leg strategies.
The rollout follows Coinbase's recent MiFID license, which enables the exchange to provide regulated investment products to UK clients.
