Coinbase Suspends Six Non-USD Trading Pairs Amid Liquidity Review
Coinbase has announced that it will suspend six non-USD trading pairs on August 6, following a routine review of liquidity and market activity. The exchange stated that this decision is part of its ongoing effort to consolidate liquidity across its platform.
The affected assets include Liquid Staked ETH (LSETH), Mina (MINA), The Graph (GRT), Mask Network (MASK), Chiliz (CHZ), and Cronos (CRO). However, Coinbase clarified that these cryptocurrencies will not be delisted and will remain available for trading through USD-denominated order books in eligible regions.
Ahead of the suspension, some markets have been placed in limit-only mode. This means users can continue placing and canceling limit orders, but new market orders are no longer accepted.
