Coinbase Unveils 170+ Derivatives Contracts for UK Pro Traders

Coinbase is expanding its offerings in the UK by launching over 170 derivatives contracts for professional investors.

The new contracts will offer leverage of up to 50x and cover a range of assets, including crypto, commodities, equities, and foreign exchange.

This move follows Coinbase's July authorization to provide regulated financial instruments alongside its existing crypto products in the UK.

Keith Grose, UK head of crypto exchange Coinbase (Nasdaq: COIN), wrote that eligible investors will gain access to futures, perpetuals, and crypto options with up to 50x leverage.
