CoinMarketCap Adds Real-World Asset Endpoints to Pro API

CoinMarketCap has expanded its Pro API with seven new real-world asset (RWA) endpoints, providing developers with a single source for data on tokenized versions of traditional financial instruments.

The RWA endpoints cover equities, commodities, currencies, government securities, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and real estate. They are available now.

CoinMarketCap's CEO, Rush, said: 'Developers should not have to stitch together a dozen providers to build a serious crypto product.'

The RWA endpoints expand CoinMarketCap's existing API offering, which includes real-time and historical crypto prices, centralized exchange, decentralized exchange (DEX), derivatives, and liquidation data.
