CoinShares Bitcoin ETF (BRRR) has suffered a significant decline in its net asset value (NAV) over the first half of 2026. The fund's NAV dropped by 33% during this period, primarily due to the decline in the price of Bitcoin.

The quarterly report filed with the SEC reveals that the fund's investments in Bitcoin, which account for 100% of its net assets, have a fair value of $342,431,656 as of June 30, 2026. This represents a decrease from $505,489,906 at the end of December 2025.

The fund's expenses, including sponsor fees, totaled $563,328 for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The net investment income (loss) for this period was -$563,328.
