Coldcard Hack Leaves Most Stolen Bitcoin Unmoved
Galaxy Research has attributed 1,789.28 Bitcoin theft to the Coldcard hack, totaling $114.7 million at the time of the attack.
The funds were stolen from 8,865 addresses, and researchers have tracked the movement of these assets since the hack.
According to Alex Thorn, Galaxy's head of research, attackers have not spent 1,561 Bitcoin, which is approximately 87.3% of the attributed losses.
The remaining funds are either in attacker-controlled collection or holding addresses, including all stolen during the first three attack waves.
