Coldcard Hack Victims Lose 1,789 BTC, Most Funds Remain Unmoved

The Coldcard hack has resulted in significant losses for its victims, with more than half of reported cases involving individual losses exceeding 1 Bitcoin. According to Galaxy Research's latest tally, 8,865 addresses were affected, with a total loss of 1,789.28 BTC, worth $114.7 million at the time of theft.

The funds stolen in the attack remain largely untouched, with attackers not spending 87.3% of the attributed losses, or 1,561 Bitcoin. The remaining funds are held in attacker-controlled collection or holding addresses.
