Coldcard Hacker Begins Exchanging Stolen Bitcoin for Ethereum via THORChain

A hacker linked to the recent wave of thefts from Coldcard wallets has begun exchanging stolen Bitcoin for Ethereum using the THORChain protocol, according to Alex Thorn, head of research at Galaxy.

This is the first movement of funds from the third wave of the attack, where over 1789 BTC was stolen from approximately 8865 addresses. So far, around 10% of the funds have been moved out, while the remaining 90% remain in their original locations.
