COMP Price Soars: Compound Token Predicted to Hit $25 in 2026
The Compound protocol is gaining attention in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space as it continues to build and expand its capabilities.
According to a recent analysis, Compound's native token COMP could reach $25 by 2026. This prediction is based on several factors, including the expansion of Compound III across more Layer-2 networks, which could lower transaction costs and improve lending efficiency.
The protocol also plans to support tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) as collateral, opening up opportunities for institutional investors and increasing the amount of capital flowing into the protocol. Additionally, COMP's fixed maximum supply of 10 million tokens will be subject to limited inflation if user activity continues to grow.
Technical analysis shows that COMP is trading in a tight consolidation range between $15.16 and $19.02, suggesting that it may be building a base before its next major move. Analysts predict that the token could reach $25.14 by 2026 if it stays above $15.16.
