Copilot AI Forecasts Quiet Rally for Bitcoin
Microsoft Copilot AI is predicting a quiet rally in Bitcoin, forecasting prices to reach $150K to $200K by the end of 2026. The prediction is based on an imbalance between supply and demand, with roughly 450 new coins entering circulation each day while demand absorbs several times that amount.
The AI model expects assets under management to exceed $100B across Bitcoin Spot ETFs, which would anchor the demand side. Corporate treasury adoption is also a key driver, with over 500,000 BTC held on balance sheets by companies, and those coins rarely returning to the market.
Regulatory clarity in major jurisdictions such as the U.S., EU, and Asia is seen as strengthening the setup for Bitcoin's price increase. However, the AI model also highlights potential risks, including persistent inflation, restrictive monetary policy, and sudden regulatory shocks, which could cap upside near $90K to $100K.
Copilot settles on a balanced base case of $120K to $150K, with extreme scenarios pointing toward $200K to $250K if supply deficits persist. The current market has already given back a full cycle, with the price peaking at around $126,000 last October and subsequently dropping.
