Corporate Sell-Offs and Regulatory Hopes Shape Bitcoin Market
The Bitcoin market has been navigating a challenging landscape as publicly listed companies that built their business strategy around accumulating BTC begin to reduce their holdings or restructure their finances.
Satsuma Technology and Smarter Web Company are among those that have started selling part of their Bitcoin reserves to repay debt and strengthen their balance sheets.
Strategy, which holds the most Bitcoins, hasn't purchased any in the last four weeks but instead sold stocks to increase its cash reserves to $3.2 billion.
The shift comes after Bitcoin's sharp decline from its all-time high of $126,080 recorded in October 2025, with the cryptocurrency currently trading at roughly 48.4% below that level.
