Cramer Snubs Surging Crypto Stock for Bitcoin
Jim Cramer, a well-known financial analyst and CNBC host, made some interesting comments on Arlo Technologies (NYSE:ARLO) during his 'Mad Money Lightning Round' segment. He stated that Arlo is 'actually profitable' and is 'not a bad idea.' This comes after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and issued strong third-quarter sales guidance.
Arlo's quarterly earnings of 28 cents per share beat analyst estimates by 8 cents, while its quarterly sales of $155.937 million exceeded expectations by $7.187 million. Cramer also praised the company's FY26 guidance, which was above estimates.
In contrast, Cramer had less enthusiasm for Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE:BMNR), which saw a 6.6% gain in shares on Thursday. When asked about Bitmine, Cramer recommended buying Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) instead of investing in derivatives related to the company.
