Cronos Recovers $111M After $120M Theft, Rollbacks Successful

Cronos, an Ethereum-compatible blockchain platform, has successfully executed a rollback of its mainnet to recover approximately $111 million in funds.

The rollbacks were necessary after a security vulnerability was discovered, allowing hackers to steal around $120 million from the Cronos network.

The recovery process is considered successful, with over 90% of the lost assets recovered.
