Cross-Chain Platform Squid Connects Over 100 Blockchains
Squid is a cross-chain platform that connects blockchain networks, decentralized exchanges, liquidity providers, wallets, and applications through a unified system. Its native ecosystem token, QUID, supports staking, governance, and other developing functions.
The project reports support for more than 100 blockchains, 20,000 tokens, and 130 decentralized exchanges, as well as over $6 billion in routed volume, more than one million users, and over 1,000 integrations. Squid supports both EVM and non-EVM networks, including Ethereum, Base, Solana, Bitcoin, Cosmos, XRP Ledger, Stellar, Hedera, and Celo.
Squid uses a routing and execution system to connect a user's source asset with the asset and blockchain they want to receive. The platform searches available decentralized exchanges, bridges, messaging protocols, market makers, and liquidity sources to identify a suitable route. Squid then coordinates the required swaps and cross-chain transfers through one interface.
