Crypto Bear Market May End Soon Amid Regulatory Clarity and Tokenization Growth
The current crypto bear market may be nearing its end, according to Fidelity Investments' analysis of past market trends.
Bitcoin's four-year cycle is a key factor in determining when bear markets conclude. Historically, the price of Bitcoin has reached its peak within a 480-550 day post-halving window, which would put the cyclical low between late September and mid-November 2026.
New crypto regulations, such as the pending Clarity Act, could also contribute to the end of the bear market. If signed into law, it will provide clarity on which regulators oversee different crypto assets, potentially leading to a shift from bear to bull.
The rise of real-world asset tokenization is another factor that may be helping to end the bear market. Tokenization has already reached $34.6 billion in on-chain value and could continue to drive growth as more traditional assets are represented as crypto tokens.
