Crypto Briefing and crypto.news Clash Over FalconX Credit Vault Figures
RedStone's NAV feed for the FalconX Credit Vault has been integrated into several chains, but two major crypto news outlets disagree on its total value locked (TVL) and chain coverage.
CryptoBriefing reported that the vault holds approximately $145 million in TVL as of early September, while crypto.news stated that it's valued at around $170 million. The latter also claimed the feed is available on three chains, but CryptoBriefing said it runs across four: Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Optimism.
The RedStone team has not publicly clarified which figures or chain counts are accurate. However, Marcin Kazmierczak, co-founder of RedStone, was quoted discussing the integration, stating that the vault's NAV is delivered as a standardized data feed on-chain through Pareto's platform.
Until RedStone or Pareto issues a single reconciled account, it's best to treat these figures and chain counts with caution. The existence of the NAV integration for the FalconX Credit Vault is established, but more information is needed to confirm the accuracy of the reported numbers.
