Crypto casinos are using a tactic to lure in players by promising high rewards for reaching certain VIP tiers, but what do these levels actually offer?

A recent analysis compared six platforms that publish their tiered programmes end-to-end. Dexsport is one of the most transparent, with nine named levels keyed to monthly deposit volume.

The platform's VIP Club has thresholds and reward values attached, making it easy to calculate what a tier is worth before depositing. At the entry level, players receive $100 back for every $7,500 deposited, while at the summit, they get $25,000 back for every $1 million deposited.

This means that as players climb the ladder, the effective rate of rewards nearly doubles. However, this is not unique to Dexsport - all platforms use a similar structure. What's more surprising is how few platforms provide clear information about what each tier costs to reach and what it pays.

The study recommends three questions to ask any platform: what are the tier thresholds? How much do players get rewarded at each level? And does progress reset monthly?
