Crypto.com Axes Prediction Market Deal with Trump Media & Technology Group

Trump Media & Technology Group (NASDAQ: DJT) and Crypto.com have dropped their plan to integrate prediction markets on Trump's social media platform, Truth Social.

The announcement comes after a deal was made last October between the two companies to feature event contracts offered by the prediction market operator directly on Truth Social.

Crypto.com cited that the crypto and exchange traded fund (ETF) servicing deals don't make sense under current market conditions as the reason for dropping the plan.
