Crypto Exchanges Offer Varied Copy Trading Options for Investors
Copy trading has become a popular way for individuals to gain exposure to skilled traders without having to manage their own portfolios. The concept is simple: users choose a lead trader whose performance they trust, allocate an amount, and their account mirrors the trades automatically.
The six major crypto exchanges offer copy trading platforms, but each differs in terms of features, costs, and transparency. A recent guide ranked these platforms based on factors such as the size and quality of the trader pool, ability to copy spot and futures, and cost.
Bitget stands out for its largest trader bench, offering both spot and futures trading with a profit share model. BloFin is transparent and free to copy, with clear performance stats and a tiered profit-share model. Bybit brings its derivatives experience to copy trading, with a well-designed interface and leaderboards.
Other platforms include OKX, which folds copy trading into its all-in-one suite, Binance offering deep liquidity behind copies, and eToro's social platform allowing users to copy traders across crypto and other asset classes.
