Crypto Exchanges Reduce Barriers to Traditional Stock Market Participation

Share

MEXC, a leading global multi-asset trading platform, has launched its 'Trade Wall Street Without Walls' campaign to break traditional barriers to stock market participation. The initiative highlights how crypto-native trading is reducing access limitations, fees, and limited trading hours for retail users.

A recent survey by MEXC and CoinGecko found that 74.2% of surveyed users with traditional finance experience have shifted some or all of their traditional asset trading activity to crypto exchanges. The main reasons cited were high fees (54.7%) and limited trading hours (58.8%).

The 'Trade Wall Street Without Walls' campaign emphasizes the shift in how investors access and trade traditional financial assets, pointing to a change beyond simply making more assets available on crypto platforms.
