The largest deal was ZeroStack's noncash token contribution of $1 billion from MemeCore, involving stock issuance rather than cash.

Ripple Prime raised $275 million through senior unsecured notes to support the U.S. expansion of its prime brokerage services.

NeoSoul secured $11 million to develop AI-powered trading agents, while smaller rounds funded projects in privacy, DeFi credit delegation, and decentralized AI infrastructure.
