Crypto funds have seen their largest weekly inflow since October 2025, with $3.2 billion pouring in last week. This marks the fourth straight week of steady inflows, with an average of $1.3 billion being injected into the market each week.

BlackRock's IBIT fund led the charge, bringing in a staggering $928 million alone, following up on its previous week's haul of $1.3 billion. The fund has now pulled in over $2.2 billion in just two weeks.

The influx of cash is not limited to Bitcoin, with Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Hyperliquid, and Dogecoin funds also experiencing inflows. This trend suggests that investors are diversifying their portfolios and exploring alternative coins.

However, a brief outflow in U.S. Bitcoin funds has raised some eyebrows, sparking speculation about a potential rotation towards altcoins ahead of the 'September effect'. Scott Melker, known online as 'The Wolf of All Streets', commented on the trend, stating that 'the bid rotated. It did not reverse.'
