Crypto Market Bounces Back: Bitcoin Above $65K, ETH Hits Two-Month High
The cryptocurrency market has shown signs of recovery, with Bitcoin regaining its position above $65,000 and Ethereum (ETH) hitting a two-month high near $2,000.
The price of BTC jumped to over $65,000 on Monday morning after de-escalation news from the Middle East. The news, which involved new talks resumed with Oman about the potential reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, helped to calm market fears and led to a positive reaction in Bitcoin.
Ethereum, on the other hand, has been leading the pack with impressive gains over the past 24 hours. It reached $1,980 for the first time since June 2, but has since retreated slightly. Other notable gainers from this cohort of assets include AAVE (9%), ONDO (8%), UNI (6.5%), and LINK (4.65%).
