Crypto Market Braces for $1.535 Billion Altcoin Unlock
The cryptocurrency market is facing a significant token unlock event next month, with over $1.535 billion worth of altcoins set to enter circulation.
According to Tokenomist data, investors should closely monitor upcoming unlocks as the introduction of new tokens could create selling pressure on some crypto assets.
The large-scale one-off releases include HYPE, XPL, ENA, ZRO, H, CARDS, and ARB, with each release worth over $10 million. These releases can quickly bring previously uncirculated tokens into the market.
Tokenomist data also listed linear lock openings, meaning those that occur incrementally at specific intervals, with a monthly value exceeding $10 million. This category includes RAIN, SOL, CC, TRUMP, ZEC, ASTER, WLD, MORPHO, PUMP, TAO, AVAX, and NEAR.
