Crypto Market Sees Calm Start to August as Bitcoin Holds $65,000
The crypto market kicked off August 10 on a calm note, with Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) trading within narrow ranges. At 08:45 Moscow time, BTC was hovering around $65,027 after experiencing a brief spike to $65,400 in the early hours of the day.
Ethereum also remained relatively stable, oscillating between $1,905 and $1,935.
The FCA is discussing potential rules for tokenized gold with banks, while Grayscale has withdrawn its applications for three altcoin ETFs - Cardano (ADA), Hedera (HBAR), and Polkadot (DOT). The NYSE is also developing an on-chain platform for settlements on tokenized securities.
Market capitalization of top coins did not experience significant changes, with Solana (SOL) showing a 1.19% increase and Hyperliquid (HYPE) dipping by 0.68%.
