Crypto Market Sees Gains as Bitcoin Nears $65K and Ethereum Breaks Above $1,900
The crypto market saw gains on August 6 as Bitcoin approached $65,000, Ethereum broke above $1,900, and Pi Network rose 4%.
The price of Bitcoin (BTC) climbed closer to the $65,000 mark, while Ethereum (ETH) posted one of its strongest daily performances in recent weeks. The gains came despite uncertainty over the CLARITY Act, which has yet to receive a Senate vote before lawmakers leave Washington for their August recess.
The continued demand from institutional investors is driving the market's momentum, with spot Bitcoin ETFs recording another day of positive inflows and extending their winning streak to three consecutive trading sessions. Ethereum ETFs also attracted fresh capital, recording their strongest daily inflows in nearly two weeks.
