The crypto market has continued its upward momentum for the third consecutive day, with over $1.24 billion in short positions liquidated in 24 hours.

Dogecoin (DOGE) is leading the charge, surging by 10.11% in the last 24 hours to reach a price of $0.0842 and a weekly gain of 21.33%.

Mishaboar, a vocal member of the Dogecoin community, has issued a warning to participants, cautioning that the current market move may be a bull trap.

Bull traps occur when prices rise convincingly enough to attract bullish positions before reversing sharply lower. Mishaboar questioned the legitimacy of the rally, suggesting it may be linked to a 'high-profile crypto conference', although this is not the only factor contributing to the market's surge.
