Crypto Markets Defy Geopolitical Tensions as ETF Inflows Boost Key Assets
Crypto markets are showing signs of resilience in the face of geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Bitcoin has dropped below its 50-day exponential moving average (EMA) but remains above $64,000 support, backed by $189 million in ETF inflows on Tuesday. Ethereum and XRP have also held key support levels, with institutional capital inflows contributing to their stability.
Bitcoin's upside momentum is capped, but the downside appears strongly supported above $64,000. The 50-day EMA at $64,372 acts as immediate resistance for Bitcoin, while a decisive daily close above this level could open up the way towards the upper Bollinger band near $65,337 and then the 100-day EMA at $66,366.
Ethereum trades above $1,900, with its pair capped below the 100-day EMA at $1,920. XRP has reclaimed the pivotal $1.00 support level as the Relative Strength Index (RSI) gains momentum towards the midline.
