Crypto Markets Defy Strong Dollar with Uptrend Intact
The cryptocurrency market has shown resilience in the face of a strengthening US dollar, managing to maintain its uptrend despite losing 0.8% of its market capitalisation over the past 24 hours.
The market's value dipped to $2.21T at the start of active trading in Asia but quickly rebounded as investors continued to buy into local dips.
A number of top coins have seen significant growth, including Tezos (+2.6%), SushiSwap (+2.3%), and Near Protocol (+1.7%), while others such as Avalanche (-4%) and Dogecoin (-3.3%) experienced losses.
Bitcoin's price also fluctuated, falling from $65.8K to $64.6K before recovering to $65.5K, forming the seventh consecutive local low higher than the previous one since July.
