The spending is part of a broader push by Fairshake and its affiliates into the 2026 election cycle. According to FEC filings, Protect Progress PAC deployed these funds ahead of Tuesday's primary.

Democratic candidate Jason Poulos has accused the group of using AI-generated mailers, calling them 'slop mailers.'
