Crypto Rally Sees XRP Surpass Bitcoin and Ethereum with 13% Daily Gain

XRP has surged ahead of Bitcoin and Ethereum in a broad crypto market rally, posting a daily gain of over 13% to $1.39.

This weekly gain now stands at nearly 40%, with the total crypto market capitalization reaching approximately $2.68 trillion and a 24-hour trading volume of $163.7 billion.

Other major tokens have also advanced, including Solana up 5.2% to $91.55 and Hyperliquid up 5.9% to $76.45.

The rally has come with heavy losses for traders betting against the market, with short positions losing $3.787 billion over four days compared to $687 million in losses for long positions.
