When U.S. markets opened on [Insert Date], cryptocurrency-linked stocks took a hit, mirroring a decline in digital asset prices. The downturn was widespread, affecting major exchanges, mining firms, and corporate holders of Bitcoin.

Gemini (GEMI) led the decline with a 4.37% drop, followed by American Bitcoin (ABTC), which fell 4.35%. Mining companies MARA Holdings (MARA) and Riot Blockchain (RIOT) also saw significant losses, down 3.64% and 2.77%, respectively.

Corporate treasury holders and trading platforms were not immune to the sell-off, with Strategy (MSTR) declining 3.55% and Coinbase (COIN) falling 3.13%. Robinhood (HOOD), a popular trading app, dropped 2.27%.

The coordinated move lower suggests a risk-off sentiment among investors in the digital asset sector at the opening bell. This pattern often mirrors the price action of Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies, which have a strong correlation with the equity prices of companies holding or transacting in them.
