Cryptocurrency Market Sees Slight Decline, BTC Dominance Faces Rejection
The cryptocurrency market is experiencing a slight downturn, with a 0.17% decline in value to $2.17 trillion. This comes as Bitcoin's dominance faces rejection near the 60% level.
Bitcoin (BTC) has been trading at around $79,668, down 0.7%, after failing to hold above the $80,000 area. The key resistance levels for BTC are around $80,500 and $82,000, $82,800, while support is near $78,500 and then around $76,000.
The indicators on the BTC chart are mixed but close to neutral. The RSI (Relative Strength Index) is 51.03, showing a marginal bias above the 50 midpoint, while the STOCH (Stochastic Oscillator) at 34.05 leaves room for a recovery in short-term momentum.
XRP has been getting support from nearly $19 million in ETF inflows this week, taking cumulative net inflows to about $1.68 billion. The XRP price is trading around $1.40, down 1%, after spending several sessions inside a broad $1.35, $1.48 range.
Meanwhile, Solana (SOL) has been recovering from the $97, $100 region and is currently trading near $105, down 1.44%. The SOL price shows resistance around $107.50, $110, with a move above $110 opening the path toward $112, $115.
